Screw Your Roommate
Screw Your Roommate
About
Screw Your Roommate is an annual event at Rice University that is organized by Rice Program Council. The event has a simple goal: find someone with whom you want to set your roommate up on a wonderfully awkward date. Figure out who that person's roommate is. Decide on a costume pair for your roommate and his/her date. Dress your roommate up and head out to the central quad at 5:30pm on Friday, September 20, 2013. Once there, your roommate must find his/her pair!

This service was created in order to make it easier for students to find screw dates. You can view a listing of all people who are participating in the event and filter through them to find your roommate the perfect match. You can also view the roommate of everyone in the list so that you don't have to spend hours searching for them.
How does this service work?
Step 1
Log in using your Rice University Network ID.

Step 2
Fill out your profile and upload a photo. You should allow your roommate to fill out the description of you.

Note: Any personal information you enter into this website will only be visible to other Rice students. The general public cannot access the listing. All information will be deleted at the conclusion of the event.

Step 3
You will now appear in the listing of event participants. Other people will be able to find you on the listing and request you as a date. Alternatively, your roommate can browse the list and request others. You can also use the listing to find a date for your roommate.

This service only handles the listing; communication is not handled by this website at this time. You will have to contact the roommate of the person you would like to set your roommate up with through the email address or phone number provided in the listing.

Be sure to tell your roommate to remove his or herself from the listing once you have found them a date.
